Light gold. Fresh spearmint (reminiscent of SB), grapefruit, citrus rind, floral, honey and hay. Medium body, light-medium acidity, plush and moderate intense honey and grapefruit on the palate, with a mineral finish. Medium length. Quite nice, and went well with crab due to the body and intensity (due to vintage?)
