Lumiere Koshu Sparkling Orange

A skin-contact Koshu made by using carbonic maceration, re-fermented in bottle, disgorged and closed with a crown cap. Deep, beautiful and wonderfully luminous coppery reddish color. The brooding nose feels quite rough and robust with aromas of bruised apples, some phenolic smoky tones, a little bit of tart rowanberries, light resinous character and a sweeter hint of caramel.
