Lammin Sahti Ruisrääkkä

A rye-based sahti-ale-hybrid. 7% alcohol. Best before December 2016. Hazy, somewhat translucent dark mahogany color with a big, thick and persistent beige head. Robust and quite dark-toned aromas of grainy malt, some caramel character, a little bit of syrupy molasses, light yeasty spice and a sweet, estery hint of banana that reminds me of Belgian Trappist ales.
