Medium to deep gold. Nose is perfumed, showing passion fruit, mango, honeydew melon, yellow peach, rambutan, and canned assorted fruit. Medium-to-full body, medium-to-high sweetness, medium-to-low acidity, with a hint of bitterness in the back. I think the wine will be better if we have more acidity or bitterness.

NobleRottersSydney - Andrew's Hidden Label Night (Glass Brasserie, Sydney) : {375ml, 12%} Light coppery nose in a passito style. Light/medium weight, medium-dry palate of bananas & pineapple. No botrytis, not fortified either. Some honey flavours here too. Low/medium acid, and finishes a bit short. Wonder if it’s intended to drink younger than this? Interesting.

Pale gold with green highlights. Candied, sugared peach and ripe pear which provides tones of sweetness with acidity to balance it beautifully. This was perfect with a pear tartin.

Delicious, sweet with massive passion fruit notes. It lacks a little complexity but drinking well now

Elderflower, dried apricot and a lovely freshness to the nose. The palate is certainly sweet but not excessively so and the fresh fruit of apricot, pineapple, elderflower cordial and bright acidity on the finish makes this very moreish. Perfect with Torta Della Nonna.

Golden with a apricot and a hint of botrytis. The palate is lush with sweet apricot, tinned pineapple, peaches in syrup, pastry, clove spices and definite botrytis on the finish.

Apricot gold colour. Passion fruit, straw and caramel on the nose. Honey, apricot and passion fruit with some sultanas on the palate with a 30 second length, slightly lacking in acidity but no longer too sweet. All six of us thought it exceptional.

Honeyed apricot, caramel almost chocolate. Silky palate presence with a long finish. Beautiful stuff and relatively low alcohol for all that it delivers

Drank with Cheese (maytag blue, gouda and brie). Very good with cheese, as recommended by Roberto, the owner of our favorite Italian restaurant.

This was pretty good, but a little cloying. It definitely showed it's Italian roots. Make sure you drink it all on the first day 'cause it's awful on day 2.
