Yum yum yum. Getting better with time. Not a whiff of age coming through. Gorgeous fruit and minerality, citrus leanness, acidity and energy. What a beautiful thing. Enjoyed over 2 days with the second day losing a slight bit of the round fruit but no less enjoyable for it's taught composition and lingering finish.

Similar to my 2/10/2014 notes, but even better now. The first night it had a much rounder profile with some ripe tropical fruits chiming in along with the grapefruit and lime. The second night it was less round and more quenching (in a good way), with the grassiness and citrus dominating. It seems this could last for a couple more years.

Still as good as ever. Gentle tropical notes with pink grapefruit and a serious backbone of geology. Sorry to see this last bottle go, but I will buy current vintage if offered by garagiste again.

Enjoyable, had over a couple nights, similar notes to others' - grapefruit and lime, some grass, bracing acidity, a touch of minerality. Good. Versatile - on its own or with food. OK QPR.

Another fine bottle. Lots of pink grapefruit and grassy character, followed up by minerals and acidity. I hope future vintages are available and are as good.

Pale, grassy. Lighter weight with excellent acidity and minerality leaving a strong palate impression.

I really enjoyed this wine. I admit that I like the more lemon and grapefruit notes in a Sauvignon Blanc, which this definitely delivers. There is a nice crisp finish with a good level of acidity. A nice QPR.

Nice, balanced citrus and light floral notes. Refreshing chilled, but grows a bit as it warms up. Not a complex or bracingly vibrant blanc, but very enjoyable summer sipper with some cheese or fruit.

Very good SB with the traditional nose of citrus and grass with flavors of grapefruit and lime coming through. Even a slight hint of mineral which is rare for NZ. Has a slightly salty finish, but overall outstanding.

Followed over 3 days, recorking and returning to cellar each night. Starts off with great pucker-power on day one and settles down over time to reveal a very luscious and potent basket of beautiful fruit. Pretty amazing stuff at this price. I love Sauv Blanc and I love this. I also recommend consuming at no cooler than 50deg or you're missing everything that this wine has to offer. 4+10+18+8 = 90

Pucker up and say Mortimer, this is some tangy stuff. Pink grapefruit and guava sweetness cut with razor sharp steel and porcelain. More grassy on the nose than I get on the palate. Gets bigger as it warms to the room. Good stuffing in the background which should develop over the coming months. Not in perfect balance at the moment but really refreshing. The finish is not terribly persistent but perfectly clean. Very light straw color, nice shimmer. 5+10+16+8 = …

The wine is bright and clear. Medium, lemon colour, some legs. Clean and youthful with medium intensity, simple primary aromas of green fruits, lemon, gooseberry acomplished with some hints of smoky minerality. Dry, medium + acidity with medium and balanced alcohol. Medium (-) body with medium flavour intensity of citrus fruit: grapefruit, citrus peel with notes of stone fruit: nectarine and herbacous aroma. Good structure with medium lenght. Good quality wine with good balance and concentration. The wine is missing …
