Lemongrass, honey and clean finish. Nice depths from semillon grapes for sure. Light to medium pale yellow color.

The Semillon is playing a starring role here. Beeswax, apples and lemongrass dancing nicely together here. At age six, this wine is still performing beautifully. Wonderful mouth feel. Somewhat muted on the nose, but this is a wonderful white Bordeaux blend. Good juice.

This wine is hitting full stride. The Semillon is playing first chair. The Sauvignon Blanc is playing background nicely. Wonderful depth and texture. So many layers of goodness. Great juice.

This wine has aged beautifully. The Semillon seems to be driving the bus, but the Sauvignon Blanc is singing on the bus. Great texture and depth. There is enough structure to enjoy over the next three to five years. Wonderful style Bordeaux Blanc.

Beeswax and lemongrass work closely together here. The Semillon is beginning to take the lead. Good nose and palate. The texture has good weight with a silky finish. This wine is still drinking well since I lasted tasted it over a year ago.

Grassy notes lead the flavor profile with beeswax in the background. Soft and round. Nice depth and structure. A wonderful diversion from most sauvignon Blanc and Semillon blends. Very enjoyable.

The Semillon takes center stage here adding some richness and wonderful texture. Good structure and depth. Helen Keplinger is magical with these set of wines. This wine is built to drink over the next ten years.
