Moreau-Naudet & Fils Chablis 1er Cru Montmains

This is, literally, delicious. Straw in color. Aroma of pear & vanilla with the lightest touch of butter as it warms. Some salinity Palate if gorgeous. Pear, yellow apple, moments of pineapple, saline, cream with the balance of mouth watering acidity. The finish is incredible. Phenomenal

Moreau Naudet Chablis Horizontal and Chablis themed Blind Tasting (Bin 75 Alpharetta, GA) : Flinty nose, broad and rich, apricot, ripe, a steely firm edge but not exactly chalky, all used oak, bigger and riper showing a little less focus at this stage.
