Clear straw yellow, it has a lifted floral nose, white flower and chrysanthemum interwoven with honey and yellow fruits. Rich and smooth entry, exhibits honeysuckle, ginger spice, citrus and mineral. Oily texture, it retains some residual sugar and well balance by lively acidity. Finishes dry and lingering. Holding well on second day and some lychee notes emerged with sweeter and more concentrated palate.

Drank this tonight over a family dinner at Kaiware Japanese Restaurant (TripleOne Somerset.). Yellow in colour. Had expected the floral and perfumed nose of a Gewurztraminer, but instead it was the balance, and elegance that impressed. The acidity, fruits and sugar level are put in place by the structure. On the palate there is lushness and sweetness followed by a long finish. This is a very refined wine which I wished I had more of.

Bright yellow/lemon with a hint of green. Lovely rich honeysuckle fragrance, not especially rose water as might be expected. Velvety, rich, beautiful balance and length. Clearly with some residual sugar but acidity is more than a match. Honey, candied citrus, hint of sherbet, tropical fruits and pineapple. A delicious drink with lovely mineral zest, more riesling-like but not obviously varietal without the rose water.

Rosy, sweet already on the nose. Generous sweetness, medium-dry+. Fruity.
