Citrus, peach, and wet rock on the nose. A ton of minerality on the palate. A crisp, refreshing kind of white wine ideal for pairing with Mediterranean seafood on a summer evening.

Crisp & clean, but with good body as well. More complexity than most Italian Pinot Grigio's. Perfect with grilled sea bass.
