Glass: Riedel Vinum Riesling Popped and poured. Clear, fantastic golden-amber color. Medium+ intense, lovely nose with lots of botrytis, honey, fruit, acidity. Sweet, with high acidity, which buffers the sweetness well. Almost oily density, lots of honey, ripe yellow fruit, acid drops. Maybe lacks a bit of complexity and depth on the palate to be perfect, but drinks really nice. That's how a Riesling Auslese should be. Very Good PQR, unfortunately my only bottle.
