An excellent example of Etna Bianco with lively crisp acidity and delicious fruit flavors of grapefruit, lime and orange. The texture is refined and crunchy with a lovely mineral driven complexity on the finish. At Ai Fiori.

Pale yellow-gold with green tint. Citrus, pear, white flowers, ginger, and fresh herbs. Medium bodied, medium-high acidity, medium structure, medium alcohol and long pear finish. Fresh, complex and well-balanced. Wine had a nice floral lift to it. Very enjoyable. I would drink this bottle young for its freshness.
