Things got kinda cheesy in this DOC in the 1980s. But now the tide has turned. With some lemon freshness on the nose and maybe a touch of lees too. Apparently this is one of the few places where you can get a white of high minerality but also high PH. resulting in minerality but also texture. Serve with bitter greens.
