A savoury, dark cherry nose with musky green stalk and briar which leads to a ripe palette with bold acidity and a chalky mineral finish. A little short, but very balanced.

Off the wine list at Geist in Copenhagen. Ruby color. Light bodied. Strawberry nose, with just a hint of earth. Hovering between sweet strawberry and savory palate, with decent acidity. Not terribly long Reasonable pairing with mushroom soup and braised lamb with morels.
