Garnet color. Savory scent of olives, herbs, red fruit, licorice and chocolate. Flavors of dark cherry, olives, green herbs. Very dry, needs food! I can imagine it with a lamb lollipops or roasted lamb, ribeye or risotto. It’s one to try.

40% new oak 24 months, remainder 2 and 3 year Dark, dense aromas - savoury forest and barnyard. Ripe, soft texture. Quite substantial on palate, dense flavours; oak management has been effective

Very interesting Greek variety, Xinomavro. Like drinking Gevrey Chambertin added with tannic structure of young Nebbiolo. A beautiful young wine.
