First of two that I bought back in 2015. It's been a pleasure to watch Rachel grow through Brian's support and now into her own voice. I twisted the top from this bottle about 2 hours ago and let it sit in the fridge. Poured a glass off now in the OC early evening air, letting it warm and aerate. Great nose, a lot of fruit but very acidic on the finish. Maybe it's going thru a weird time time at the moment. Try the next bottle in a year or so.

Falltacular 2016; 2/18/2017-2/20/2017 (FMIII in the OC) : Wow, this is a REALLY terrific wine. It was standing next to the Rhys Alpine and held it's own. Impressive. Beautiful fruit and stem/oak notes. I put down three pluses in my tasting notes. Not sure what that means except it's good.

What a pretty wine! The nose is red/dark red fruit. Really bright and inviting. Red fruit with dried roses and violets. Some blue flavor? Excellent acidity and mild tannins. Best CA Pinot Noir that I've had in quite a while.
