First day all citrus and acid with just a touch of depth and creaminess. Expecting much more from this. 3rd day (2 days in fridge no protection of wine in bottle) and it was starting to shine - creamy, rich, oak, vanilla and citrus with nice texture. Worth trying another bottle but the Stelvin is keeping it from developing so will decant for at least a couple of hours before serving.
