Foxen 7200 Pajarito

Big fruit, big tannins, High (15.8%) alcohol. Double decanted through an aerator. Had with a rib eye. It was a good match. Even my wife liked it. The high alcohol was less noticeable after the decant, but still a bit much. Half bottle left with vacuvin stopper. We had it 3 days later with pot roast.
