The nose is lifted and aromatic with well balanced tones of dark red cherries, savory spices, raspberries, fresh herbs, currants, bitter chocolate, and some violets. There is a seamless quality that works beautifully with a savory touch. The Medium/full bodied feel is refined and balanced with tart, medium+ acidity and silky, medium+ tannins.
