Medium gold colour. Pronounced aromas of baked apple, pie crust, apple strudel, lemon tart, fresh yellow apple, ripe peach, white blossoms, nutmeg. Pronounced palate. Full body, medium (+) acidity, long finish.

Intense nose with layers of pear, peach, cream, pineapple and cinammon spice. Showing some development with nutty, honey notes. Full bodied but fresh with a long finish. Drink now or hold. WSET notes: Medium gold. Pronounced on the nose with apple, pear, peach, lemon zest, pineapple, cream, cinnamon, honey, and hazelnut. Developing. Pronounced and dry on the palate. Full body, high alcohol, high acidity, long finish. Can drink now but has potential for aging.

Big nose of peach, mango and clean linens. Big, rich, mouth coating and viscous in body but also with a crunchy acidity. Toasted bread, honey, lemon and caramel on the palate. Long finish. Enjoyed it but a little on the big side for my tastes. I'd imagine many would score this higher. Reminded me a bit of Aubert. 14.5 percent abv.
