Light straw with a hint of effervescence Prickly on the tongue, tart with tons of fresh lime and peach. Blind, I’d think a lean Riesling. Tasty and very fun

Fun, clean, lightly bubbly, green apple, slate, peach and lime. Touch of RS here but not cloying. Wine stays high on the palate, which enhances to it clean texture.
