Chateau Lugaud, Graves

Bought this at auction with some other wines from the 1980’s. Many were no names and the lot wasn’t expensive so I figured it was worth the experiment. Most got dumped down the drain. I had the meat amount of hope for this bottle, soaked cork, past seepage, but low and behold….it was drinkable. Some funk/earth, spice, tar, tart finish with some tannins hanging around. Not much fruit left and what is, is cranberry/tart cherry. Would I seek it out? …
