This is fab camping wine. There is a funky edge to this, but it diminishes with time and allows the vibrant felt tip pen fruit core to shine out. I suspect that drinking it with a slight chill outdoors keeps the funk to polite levels.

Sunday Night Stew : Another bottle that's survived weeks (months?) upright in the fridge under Coravin. Purple colour just starting to subside. Earthy, herbal notes, some dark fruits on the nose. Disappointingly thin and acidic with a bit of funk on the palate on opening. This benefited massively from time in the glass, putting on weight, fruit and a great balance. If you want to drink it now, make sure you decant in advance, or leave the next bottle for a couple of years or more….

Silky and black fruited, a bit of funk. It's more compact than the Mi-Penti, the tannin a bit more grippy. But it's fine stuff.

Nice deep core of black berries and mint in the nose. Very primary and young, and a little bit thin and watery in the mouth.
