Not bad, maybe a touch sweet. Probably better as a before or after dinner option as it’s probably not quite acidic enough to be a good food companion.

Yeasty and sweet. Floral, rich, but gentle.

I've had this before and don't remember it being as sweet as this current version is.

Very aromatic - mostly white flower aromas. Off dry with flavors of ripe apple, mear, apricot and nectarine. Low alcohol and nice mouthfeel.

Yeasty, honey, light stone fruit. Lighthearted, enjoyable wine.

sub $15 and Charmat method but eerily replicates that yeasty developed notes from actual Champagne. Not so much in matching the depth and refinement, but drinks so fun and interesting to me

PNP. Cork perfect. Color straw. Bead medium and mousse sparse. Nose has some VA but it is tolerable on the palate. Works with cured meats but the VA is tiresome alone did not improve with air even overnight

Had this with cold cuts on a warm day. Very nice.

Bold flavors of baked apple, pears, spice and a flavor that bounce between pleasing minerality and off putting metallic. I like that this isn't a one note fizz like so many in this price range. Sometimes it seems like a poor man's Krug multi vintage but in a much simpler cruder way. Interesting and best not over thought as I did here. I'll buy another btl to try on sale soon. Paid $17 and would like it better at sub …

No fizz on this. Mute nose with faint notes of yeast and wet cardboard on the palate.

Wonderfully refreshing, balanced. Summer fruits--some citrus, lots of watermelon. Great on a hot afternoon.

NC Cindy Tasting. Still shows the light straw color with greenish tinge from the last time, and still has the nice tiny bubbles you expect from a Lambrusco. On the nose, though, this doesn't have the same subtlety as it had before, and comes across as a little medicinal. It still has that nice roundness, but lacks some of the complexity from before. The main difference from previously was the serving temperature, as previously this was chilled and this time …

Light, yellow straw color, with maybe just a hint of a greenish tinge to it. The effervescence is the characteristic very tiny, prolific frizzante that you expect from a Lambrusco. On the nose, a very light apple aroma with a notable aspect of buttermilk. There's no trace of sweet on the nose, and there is a certain yeastiness, but not a strong smell like bread or beer. The yeast is a very mild undercurrent. On the palate, there is a …

Pale straw. Effervescent in a rustic manner. Maybe a touch of residual, but otherwise quite dry. Fresh and lively fruit flavors, drink well chilled.

Opened by a friend in Michigan. This is made from Lambrusco Salamino and Ancellotta grapes. Aged in stainless steel. Although a NV, I think most of the grapes came from the 2007 vintage. This dry white sparkling wine was the best Lambrusco I have ever had. Really in a category by itself. Dry, light and very refreshing. A pale straw color. A noisy and very effervescent wine. Notes of acacia flowers and white grapes with a zesty finish. 89 points.

Wow, this is unusual and terrific, and not simply by the standards of Lambrusco. It's creamy and fresh and gentle, with a sublime mousse, but most exciting is the barely-sweet and quite savory nuttiness, which recalls fino sherry in that regard. Great as an aperatif, but has the cut and presence for prosciutto and/or fresh egg pasta.
