La Frenz Merlot

I was guessing that this might be over the hill and when first opened, it was simple and slightly bitter. What a difference 24 hours can make. I stuck it back in the cellar and a day later, it was a much improved wine. Dark flavour notes and obvious life left in it. Impressive for BC. If I had one more I'd save it for another year or two.
