Hundred Acre wine tasting : Far too much oak for this to be recognisable as a Sauvignon Blanc. Not a very good wine. And when you start factoring in the cost of this wine, even worse.

The wine looks light gold colored. The legs are medium. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like lemon, grapefruit, apple, pear and honeydew. The body is medium. The wine has satin-like texture. The wine finishes long. The wine has high acidity.

Delicious, light, crispy and fragrant just like a nice Sauvignon Blanc should be! Great cities notes and soMe hints of green apples and berries. Absolutely fantastic!
