Light Ruby red color. Nothing distinctive or typical on the nose. Smells like a Washington state red blend with less cab and more fruity varietals like merlot or petite verdot. Very fruit forward, blackberry and a hint of clove spice. Medium - mouthfeel. nicely balanced acid and fruit. No tannin. Soft and easy drinking. Lingering fruit finish.

I wasn’t expecting much from this $20 wine, but man was I wrong. It’s a very smooth red blend, but bold enough to stand up to our spicy meal. I would feel comfortable suggesting this wine to those who like a fuller bodied red, yet easy to drink.
