Sparina, Gavi, Monterotondo

At first this has a candied, waxy character strongly reminiscent of those colored wax bottle candies you chewed/drank as a kid. With air it gets fruitier then saltier. Served by the glass. Rich Gavi, mineral, bright and full-bodied. Abundant in Mediterranean lemons and mature peaches. Long and complex. Deliciously flint in the aftertaste. Servido por copas. Rico Gavi, mineral, brillante y de buen cuerpo. Abundante en limones mediterráneos y en melocotones maduros. Largo y complejo. Deliciosamente a pedernal en el retrogusto.
