Drink now, It’s peaked. Golden color, caramel finish.

With a few years of bottle age, this was wonderful with pasta e ceci and a light salad—citrus, honey, floral notes, honeydew, vanilla or sasparilla or cognac note, saltiness, smooth and rounded finish.

Interesting to compare to previous bottle from two years ago. This has developed further, broaden in the middle and showing some sweet, almost honey notes on finish. Still good energy and structure on the attack. Two years ago I would have served with simplest fish, but now it actually suits a somewhat richer dish better (we served with a tian).

I love this wine. It has a great balance - somewhat honeyed and with substantial body, but still light and acidic enough to be quite refreshing. It's great with any kind of fish, although I just drank a glass at the end of a long work day on its own and enjoyed it just fine. It's nice to think about Corsica when I'm drinking it, even though I've never been there. I'd like to go there, eat fresh fish and …

Another great bottle of this. Excellent with oysters and other raw fish. Perfect afternoon wine.

Very nice. Zippy, fresh, excellent vermentino. Touch of spice but otherwise citrus and acidity. Works well with crudo and vegatable dishes.
