En Truffière Echezeaux

Dark, deep and concentrated with an elegant nose of blackberries and slightly herbaceous. Round with a sweet touch but still closed and begging cellaring. Strangley enough, myself and GG both tasted blind and had no idea that it was a Pinot Noir. It could have been a syrah or a cab franc. Difficult to rate at the moment and very unusual in character.
