Fantastic tasting at Ten Minutes by Tractor, nice little Mornington winery, reminds me a little of Oregon Chardonnay/Pinot Noir, nothing over done, nicely elegant, silky tannins, finely grained structure. their biggest production wine, nicely made and shows nicely the region, bright red crunchy fruit, black tea, finely grained tannins, mineral notes .

First wine of the TBT lineup. Pale ruby in the glass. Quite subtle nose not showing much, but the palate really gives that Mornington vibe I feel. Lean body, zippy acidity, fruit-forward with a strong flinty background. Needs some time in the decanter before drinking, 20 minutes will do the trick.
