Off the wine list at ShinShin, Wilson WY. Bizarre (unexpected for a white) barnyardy aroma ariding from the glass. Then complex stone fruit flavors. Very good acidity, with a minerally finish. Paires very well with the sushi, especially by standing up to the hamachi/jalapeno and the salmon/chillies.

Light lemon in the glass. A kinda fruity-vegetal nose with tones of peach, oxidised apple, citrus and cucumber brine (weird, but works well haha). Zippy acidity, but a lot simpler than the Battered. Easier and more approachable.
