Bought a case of this from last bottle. Drank at home after a difficult day of call the day before against a Bordeaux Previous bottle of this was better. Still lots of fruit-casis and blackberries. Time to drink these up-will not benefit from additional cellaring IMO

Full bodied, dark fruits and a bit harsh out of the bottle. After 2 hours air or double aeration into a decanter, it was smooth with a nice solid black fruit center and good length finish. 90+

On the nose: blackberry, blueberry, cherry, mint and clove. On the palate: cherry, cinnamon and blackberry. Nicely balanced w acidity and tannins have mellowed but just a touch of grip.

Double decanted in the morning and consumed in the evening. Fully mature and ripe. A tad more heat this time around. Once again very enjoyable.

Just a beautiful bottle of Cabernet. Consumed over a 2 day period and it just got better on the 2nd day. I was a bit surprised since it has 10 years of aging. However it kept developing each day. At $25 per bottle, this was definitely one of the best purchases that I made in 2024. Very nice notes of dark fruit consisting of deep dark cherry, plum and blackberry. At a peak and a very nice stage.

Juicy black fruit, good mouthfeel, supporting tannins, smooth finish, high on alcohol content

This is a solid wine. Probably liked it more the first bottle I had, but drank this against a 2001 Robert Mondavi that had been decanted, so this didn't stand a chance. Essentially pop and poured this. Upon opening, a quick barnyard, followed by an acetone like nose. Good fruit and surprising tannin level on initial taste. Did not develop through the palette as I had remembered and the finish was pretty mediocre. We let this bottle breathe for a …

Everything I want in a Napa cab. On the nose cherry, marzipan, some bell pepper and green peppercorn. Hint of stewed fruit at the end. And some vanilla. It’s almost berry cobbler. On the palate, cherry and plum with refined tannins and a hint of spice. Some tobacco and a bit of pryazine that I love. Acid is more pronounced without food. Enjoyed with filet mignon on our anniversary and it was perfect. Would 100% buy again at Last Bottle …

So good: rich, smooth and decadent. Decanted for 2 hours.

Excellent upon opening. Classic Atlas Valley Cabernet fruit. I would not decant, as the second half of the bottle after the 2.5 hour mark started to quickly decline and fall apart. I will drink my remaining bottles soon.

Drinking beautiful right now, great value. Super rich in sweet fruits and a hint of tobacco on the nose, well balanced on the palate, with an almost sweet finish, enjoyed it with a homemade charcuterie board with plenty of richer cheeses and meats and it paired very well. Wish I had more of this!

Big and tannic with black fruit, lots of acid but rich and full bodied. Stood up perfectly to a grilled ny strip steak. Typical California cab

This is a very nice wine and drinking beautifully. Drank over a couple hours. Every sip was interesting and fun with complex layers of flavors and textures. Remarkable QPR.

This is a second day score as the wine opened and developed into a brooding superstar. Incredible PTQ value at $25. Suggest holding these bottles for a few years, but try one now for comparison.

Didn’t know what to expect from a nine-year-old small-batch California Cab bought for a song from Last Bottle. Pleasantly surprised to find a richly dark purple wine, with solid tannins and notable acidity. Descanted for 30 minutes, then drank slowly with a sausage dog from a street fair (another story). This wine is impressive from the very beginning, and throws rich cherry, a touch of anise, and a strong dose of eucalyptus at you. The anise and eucalyptus stick around …

Classic cali cab. Solid tannic structure, good acid and lots of dark red and black fruit.
