Blend of 36% Yamasachi (3rd local Japanese grape variety after Koshu and Muscat Bailey A to be registered with OIV in 2020), 26% Yama Sauvignon, 13% Kiyomai (Cold-resistant crossing between 'Kiyomi' and Vitis coignetiae), 11% Harmo Noir and 14% others (total 10 varieties).
