Agree with previous reviews about the color appearing tired, but is very good on the palate. Although, I am not smelling a big nose...perhaps it's still a bit tight and maybe it will open up after more decanting. Certainly acidic forward, but in a nice way as it still has depth and a layer of complexity. Paired well with.gpuda and goat cheese, but will add more after Pairing it with chicken burgers

This has really blossomed into a lovely wine. Not at all complex, but very well-balanced and distinctive. The nose may be the best part. It's perfumed with a variety of red and purple floral notes mixed with some sour cherries and rhubarb, which extends on the palate. Still good acidity and thick tannins so best with food. This paired well with mixed chicken and veggie left overs. Drink 2023-2026. Technical score: 91. Enjoyment score: 93.

High acidity

Consistent with previous notes and improving. Lovely sour rhubarb wrapped in a crunchy core, with hints of blackberries and red cherries now emerging. Good grip and refined tannins on the finish. Drink 2021-2024. Technical score: 91. Enjoyment score: 91.

Pours a pale to medium garnet. N - red cherry, raspberry, allspice, white pepper, tasmanian pepperberry, wild strawberry and leaf, cut herbs (especially basil), orange blossom, pine pitch, lime leaf P - rainier cherry, golden raspberry, clove, more allspice, ruby red grapefruit and navel orange plus pith, rare lamb, crushed rock. The color almost looks tired, but the first sniff allays any worry. Densely aromatic, lifted (in the best sense), and intense without excessive weight. You will wish you had …

Popped and poured. Showing quite nicely with bright cherry fruit along with earth and leather notes. A bit more fresh on the palate than the bouquet suggests, with cherry and spice qualities with nice underlying acidity.

Floral, bright red fruit, spritzy, aromatic, fresh salty fruit and energetic acid on the palate. Perfect with Chinese pork.

Light and kind to the palate. Nice subtle fruit, smooth and easy drinking. Don't want much longer on this wine.

Tangy, supple, slightly sour, and easily quaffable. Tart cherries, blackberries, rhubarb, cloves, and whiffs of oranges. Drink 2020-2023. Technical score: 89. Enjoyment score: 91.

Benchmark Regnie from Guy Breton. This struck me as a little unyielding, but still good in its way. It tasted better with a slight chill on it.

quick note; had w Christmas Eve dinner. Got a dark dried fruit note and definitely some baking spice. Very good and different for a bojo.

Medium ruby and hazy color. Carbonic maceration evident on the nose, along with cherry and cranberry. Bright red, perfectly ripe cherry, cranberry and strawberry fruit explode on the palate, joined by faint baking spices. Great acidity. This would be amazing with Thanksgiving dinner.

Round Table Tasting: Spring Releases (Knightsbridge) : Retailer tasting. Bright ruby color with notes of wild strawberry and red berry fruit. The palate could use just a touch more acidity, but there's really nice strawberry and berry fruit with a bit of warm holiday spices too. This will work very nicely with a wide array of dishes.
