Our group of 12 had this with steak that had been coated with coffee and chocolate and it was well worth it. Great pairing.

This wine is the reason we came to Madsen to do this tasting. Was not disappointed. It has a big berry aroma and added cranberries in the palate to give it some tartness to it. Still has some tannins this wine could last a long time. Need to get some.

Interesting Merlot. Aromas of dark fruit, liquorice , minty gum, and spice. Some tannins with notes of tart cherries and blueberries, fresh vegetables, unsweetened cocoa powder, and coffee.
