The 2018 is crisp (pH 3.18), dry (Resudual Sugar 2.9 g/l), wonderfully refreshing and lively. I think it is best enjoyed young but will develop over the next two years. ABV is 12.5%. It partnered my grilled salmon with tarragon butter perfectly. Highly recommended. (16.5/20).
