A full bodied white, tasting of slightly bruised orchard apple and pear fruit generously sprinkled with spice. Warming on the finish, and was slightly oxidative in style lacking crispness and freshness. Had hoped for better but it’s not a wine that lived up to its pedigree. CHP 86 pts
