Big savory beef stew and sweet fruit. Lots of concentration. Rather crazy complex, massive sweet fruit. Frankly, kinda like a power packed bordeaux from a really ripe vintage. Erin notes that it smells like umami. As Andrea notes it gives you a sensation and an emotion that is based on this area the small village that its from. I might swear blind that its Bordeaux.
