Left Foot Charley Kerner

Good food wine as it's quite dry and a bit of quirkiness similar to a gewurz. Melted butter, lychee on the nose. Big mouth of passionfruit, dry apple cider and castelvetrano (the bright green Italian ones) olives with some buttery texture. The finish is quite acidic but a little nondescript. I've had no previous experience with the Kerner varietal but this wine is a good precedent to look out for it in the future.
