Light fruit notes on the nose. Acidity is just a lil bit on the drier side. Not as mouth watering as I would’ve thought. It’s my first cava. It drinks well. Especially for the price. I would dEf drink again.

10th MW Symposium, Wiesbaden - Day 1 : The wine feels that it has more body just by smelling it, juicier, the fruit is riper, pear, green apple, lemon Palate is light, juicy, crunchy, pear, apple, med body and acidity, it is more linear as it turns out than the normal bottling, but it is also more precise as well
