Hogue Cellars Late Harvest Riesling

Just released on the market and as expected, a fruit forward wine. Similar to their older vintages with peach and nectarine notes. A fairly simple wine with no botrytis but still quite enjoyable. Hogue's late harvest rieslings always have an intangible quality aspect (je ne sais quoi). Some of their older vintages improved with old age and this wine could as well. Downgrading from 88 to 86, as it is not holding up like previous vintages.
