served after decanting. Nose of ripe black blums with some nice spices along with leather for a really fragrant nose. Good level of acidity on the palate. Almost 2 hours in there was some cotton candy and almost a little vanilla on the nose.

decanted and drank immediately. Initially the nose was kinda jammy, although clearly the wine has been aged so this wasn't a big punch in the face with the fruit. Nose was kinda like cherry-flavored cough syrup, with black cherries and blueberries. About 50 minutes in the nose was more open and fragrant, with more spices, a little potpourri. Really sweet on the palate.

Slight carbonation on the palate but calms down to be a heavier, smokier pinot with earth, mushroom and smoke

Decanted for an hour and we were richly rewarded with a wonderful Pinot that had not been previously experienced. Funky name, funky label, extraordinary nose, silky red berries on the palate and a long and finely balanced finish. We’re believers.

On the nose, strong cherry aromas, along with other red fruit and cedar/sandlewood. Dusty red fruit, with hints of spicy tobacco. Medium-bodied.

AHA Hearts Delight - USA Wine Tasting : Heavy than the Leras Vineyard by George. Interesting grassy almost fizzy start which was confusing.A pleasant and medium bodied Pinot without the metallic, liquorice finish that I do not like.

Beautiful color with violet peaking through a red vinegar bubble. Nose gives typical strwberry with smoke and ainse. Lushious ripe cherry, and strawberry essence. The finish goes on and on and on.........Real good juice even if dinner wasn't. Wish this was a magnum. Good show georgie.

minerals, savory, earthy, animal, cheese, smoky. There was a scent which took me a long time to identify, which George agreed with - manure. Around 300 heads of cattle graze next to the vineyard, so George believes that the grapes naturally smell of the cattle and anything that comes with them!

pretty sweet and fruity, with cherries, leather saddle, banana and mint on the nose. Very smooth and round on the palate. Medium-bodied to very little trace of tannins.

Rich spice and shrooms. Compact but full of lush ripe fruit on the nose and palate. Great wine.
