Quite sweet. Honey, apple, a hint of spritziness. A bit of funk at first, to be sure. Good acidic backbone as it opens up. An orange dessert wine? I kind of love it. It’s much sweeter than I would typically drink with dinner, though I suppose it might be fine with a simple steak. Would be dynamite with nuts and a cheese plate, though. Totally took me by surprise, then won me over.
