Medium yellow with a green hue. Lemon, unripe peach, field herbs, lemon grass, blanched almond. No oak. Dry, medium (+) acidity, medium alcohol (13%). There's a slight bitter lemon and salty note in the stony, savory finish. Drinking well now but not likely to improve with further aging. More of a food wine than a sipping wine, it would pair well as a substitute for SB.

Medium intense aromas of yellow apple, apricot, pear and white flowers. Dry with a flinty note dominating the palate. Medium-bodied with medium acidity and alcohol. Herbal finish. Good wine, but needs more depth and complexity.
