This is the Villa Maria Marlborough Pinot Noir (not Craggy Range). Well made and good PQR. Good concentration and notable aromas of slightly confected raspberries with a tantalising hint of development. Rich red fruits, fine grained silky tannins and a pleasing mid-finish. Well above average at an entry-level price.

Perhaps not quite got enough acidity but its got a great nose of fruit and wet earth. Good colour, fading rim. Pinot nose and good pinot mouthfeel and taste. A little one-paced but very agreeable and a good price.
