Note: bottle showed seepage signs. Stored in cellar for a few years.7 Nose: typical roasted almond, date, cumin and rancio notes. Palate: viscous, mouth-coating texture; more roasted nuts; tangy acidty, medium-dry finish. An interesting amontillado, that shows much better when paired with comté or other robust hard cheeses.
