What a delight! Hay on the nose with cantaloupe and a hint of lime. The cantaloupe comes forth on the palate held nicely by a gentle creaminess which releases into a citrus and lightly acidic finish. We enjoyed it with a variation on Massimo Bottura's pesto. Paired perfectly.
