Pears, white peach, some nutty lees flavours, some bruised banana oxidative notes. Unique and unconventional but also well made and clean.

Very fresh with a lot of life! Lovely acidity, orchard fruits coming through and a surprising savouriness on the long finish. This has a lot of potential for further development!
