This is the second bottle - I had opened the first 3 months ago, 3h slow ox, and it went straight to the sink; brooding, impenetrable, stringent taste. This one looked better, but it was pure vinegar. Absolutely undrinkable.

New year, no in depth notes. Deep and powerful. Dark fruit such as blackberry and black currant. Leather, game, blood, herbs, chocolate, violets, smoke and tar. Really powerful and youthful nose. Surprisingly slender on the palate with a distinct salinity, herbaceous and full profiled. Still pure and with elegant layers. Huge potential.
