No formal tasting note - I guess I enjoyed it too much to analyze it :-) At it's peak I would guess, perfect balance between fruit and maturity. Maybe a little low acidity but that's the only complaint I can think of.

Very closed and structured upon opening. I only had a small glass at that point. I had my second glass four days later where it is showing stemminess on the nose, but a really nice cherry palette. I would recommend not opening the 2018 for the better part of a decade, or if sooner with a lengthy decant.

Spice, strong saline component and candied red fruit all in a not simple bouquet. Palate more reserved than aroma suggests, tending mineral, light, almost racy. Yet broadens to a fruity mid and then back to a mineral, yet ripe finish. With food these qualities mean a wine that pairs well with good range of foods - not forgotten while eating but an equal partner. Edit: reading other notes - dinner was smoked salmon pasta in cream sauce and paired well.

Drank over three days. A peculiar varietal. On the nose quite floral, rose hip, tea, bit of bubble gum; on the palate nuanced tannins, quite high in acidity, cherries, ripe strawberries, umami, hint of tobacco, somewhat thin bodied, very long. If blinded I would have guessed this as a PN or Nebbiolo. Would buy again.

Not without structure but very light, bordering on diluted. Red berries and garrigue but uneventful by my palate. I might just have the wrong expectations for it. Might pair well with spicier meat dishes

Pale ruby, dominant animalic nose. There is also plenty of red fruit and some cedar. Comes together really well on the palate, low to medium tannin with great acid lift. Although it’s quite good it’s not my preferred style since it’s still recognizably a CdR type wine. But respect. Edit: this kept improving into days 3 and 4. No idea that tibouren was its own variety. Great with salmon.

Semitransparent ruby. Wild strawberry and a quite potent garrigue note. Light bodied, decent acidity. Finishes with more of that gariggue quality, which is so strong as to be medicinal. Drank best slightly chilled.

Fairly light and juicy. Cherries and red fruit with a tint of pine but far lighter than expected. Came together more on day 3 but at the price point, there are more interesting wines to be had. Would pair it with lighter dishes like Chicken Provencale. More of a "summer red" than a winter wine in my book.

Had this wine at New Years dinner with a couple of friends. I didn't take any notes. The nose shows warm strawberry, sour cherry, red currants, garrigue herbs, spice box and dry soil. Medium bodied with rilliant acidity and cacao powder-like tannins. Juicy but not without structure. Great pairing with our Confit de Canard.

Christmas Eve dinner with extended family : Fresh, light, with some red currants and a spicy finish that adds to the fresh but structured style. Really nice. Served with Christmas food.

Stable, pine, herbs and dark berries on the nose. Herbs and perfume in the mouth. Plenty of tannins and a long aftertaste with dark, ripe berries. Vibes of both Nebbiolo and Pinot Noir. Nice wine at a moderate price.

Light red. Nose is spicy and has lots of red berries, with notes of red currants, raspberries, wild strawberries, cherries and nutmeg. Mouthfeel is light, elegant, fruity, spicy, with fresh acidity and notes of red currants, raspberries, nutmeg, wild strawberries and cherries. Reminiscent of a pinot noir in style.
